We at Lotus Pilates and Yoga provide various classes to suit all abilities. My group classes have a limited number of spaces so I am able to give everybody a specialized class
allowing us to all work together and at our own pace .

Yoga

Is an all-round practice that works on strength, flexibility and balancing body and mind. It helps us to become fitter and leaner or to help a nagging back problem. Benefits include: increased strength, healthier lungs and heart, lower blood pressure, improved digestion, sounder sleep, and a stronger immune system

Hypnobirthing

Learn to relax your body and mind with such ease that you can control the natural chemical and hormonal balances in your body in order to promote the natural processes of labour and birth. Your body knows how to birth, and hypnobirthing tools give you the confidence to trust in your body, your baby and your instincts without fear or distraction.

Holistic Therapies

The Holistic approach centres on balancing the whole body, emotions, mind and spirit by addressing the underlying issues affecting the bodies systems as well as the symptoms obviously presenting. For this reason you may be required to help the therapist build a background picture by consultation before your therapy commences.

Pilates

If you want to reshape, re balance and realign then Pilates is for you. This form of exercise is non-impact, with the majority of the positions carried out on a mat. You will be taught the Pilates Technique and will then learn to master the breathing and muscle work skills.

My group classes have a limited number of spaces so I am able to give everybody a specialised class allowing us to all work together and at our own pace. I offer you to establish your own good practice, and you can take with you as much as you wish in to your daily life.
