We at Lotus Pilates and Yoga provide various classes to suit all abilities. Our group classes have a limited number of spaces so we are able to give everybody a specialized class
allowing us to all work together and at our own pace .”

Yoga

Yoga is ideal for continuous flowing exercises which can be linked together to form increasing levels of difficulty to strengthen and balance all parts of the body. Breathing and cardio-vascular health is stressed also with the importance of relaxation and mental wellbeing.

Holistic Therapies treat the whole person on all levels.Their aim is to create balance within the body, mind and spirit. As a qualified practitioner of Holistic Therapies with many years of experience I offer a range of Holistic therapies.

Pilates

Increasing strength without increasing bulk, Pilates exercises are typically done very slowly and therefore strength increases but also control. The slow speed is wickedly deceptive and exercises the muscles completely with no impact on the connective tissues.
